Terms of Sale

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Nasar Issa, the individual who makes and sells Guibrief (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the Guibrief pack you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy or use the pack. Sections 6 to 10 limit our liability and your remedies; please read them.

1. The product

The Guibrief pack (the “Pack”) is a digital product: a GUI.md house-style brief, design tokens, React components, agent skill files, and an install guide, delivered as a downloadable zip file. It's a design resource for people building software, sometimes with AI coding agents. It isn't a hosted service, and it doesn't include consulting, custom work, or support beyond section 5.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it, and the license in section 4 still covers one named person.

3. Price, payment, and delivery

The price is $39 USD, charged once. There's no subscription. Any taxes that apply are your responsibility unless shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; we never see or store your full card details.

After payment you're taken to a page where you can download the Pack right away. Delivery is complete when the download is made available to you. Keep your own copy; we may limit how long or how many times a download link works.

4. License

We own the Pack and all intellectual property in it. When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for one person to use the Pack in unlimited projects, personal or commercial, including client work. The interfaces you build with it are yours.

Except as the Pack License allows, you may not:

  • resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Pack or any substantial part of it, in original or modified form, including in templates, UI kits, themes, or design systems sold or given to others;
  • publish the Pack's files in a public repository or make them available for others to download.

The full license text ships inside the Pack; if it conflicts with this section, the license file controls. Breaking these terms ends your license automatically, and you must then stop using and delete the Pack. We may also refuse future sales or updates.

5. Updates and support

Your purchase includes updates we choose to publish, at no extra cost, for as long as we keep offering the Pack. We don't promise any particular update, feature, or compatibility, and we may change or stop offering the Pack at any time; your license to the version you have continues.

For download problems or questions, email asknasarissa@gmail.com. We try to reply within a few business days, but support is provided as a courtesy, without a guaranteed response time.

6. All sales are final; no refunds

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges.

The Pack is digital content delivered immediately, and it can't be returned once downloaded. By completing your purchase you ask us to deliver it right away. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a digital-content purchase (for example, in the EU or UK), you acknowledge that you lose that right once delivery begins. This doesn't limit any right the law says can't be excluded, for example if the Pack you receive isn't the Pack described.

If you think you were charged in error, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank; we'll look into it. A chargeback ends your license under section 4.

7. No warranty

The Pack is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the Pack is error-free, meets your requirements, or works with every tool, framework, or AI agent. AI coding agents are third-party products we don't control. We aren't responsible for the code, designs, or results they produce, even when they use the Pack. You're responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you build and ship, including its accessibility and legal compliance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Pack or these terms, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for the Pack.

Some places don't allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

9. Your responsibility

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Pack, your breach of these terms, or the products you build with it.

10. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to email us at asknasarissa@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If it isn't resolved, either of us may bring it in small claims court if it qualifies; otherwise it must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, to the extent the law allows. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.

Notice for California residents: under California Civil Code §1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.

11. General

These terms, together with the license file in the Pack, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Pack. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of Guibrief. We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version. The version in effect when you bought the Pack governs that purchase; changes apply to purchases made after they're posted.
