Guibrief Pack License

This license is an agreement between you, the buyer, and Nasar Issa ("we", "us"). It covers the Guibrief pack (the "Pack"): the GUI.md brief, design tokens, React components, agent skill files, install guide, and every other file in the Pack, including any updates we give you. It is part of the Guibrief Terms of Sale, published on the Guibrief website. If this license and the Terms of Sale conflict, this license controls.

1. What you may do

When you pay for the Pack, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for one person to use the Pack in unlimited projects, personal or commercial, including client work. Within that license, you may copy and modify the Pack's files as you need to build those projects.

2. What you build is yours

The interfaces you build with the Pack are yours. The Pack's code may be included in a project you build and deliver, including to a client, as long as the Pack itself is not given to anyone as a separate product or a set of reusable files. Your client may use and maintain that project, but doesn't get a license to use the Pack for anything else.

3. What you may not do

Except as section 2 allows, you may not:

resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Pack or any substantial part of it, in original or modified form, including in templates, UI kits, themes, or design systems sold or given to others;
publish the Pack's files in a public repository or make them available for others to download;
let anyone other than the one licensed person use your copy of the Pack.

4. Ownership

We own the Pack and all intellectual property in it. This license doesn't transfer ownership of the Pack to you; it gives you only the rights in sections 1 and 2.

5. Termination

Breaking this license ends it automatically, and you must then stop using and delete the Pack. A chargeback also ends your license. We may also refuse future sales or updates.

6. No warranty and limited liability

THE PACK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THE TERMS OF SALE APPLIES TO THE PACK AND THIS LICENSE.

7. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, as set out in the Terms of Sale.
