Checkpoint

A point between messages the conversation can go back to. A restore that discards work should confirm in an Alert Dialog first.

Use when

A point between messages the conversation, and the agent's changes, can go back to. Confirm in an Alert Dialog when the restore discards work

Don’t use when

A plain divider or date between messages (use Marker)
